In this course, App Administrators will learn the following:
Understand basic Connect App architecture
Add and disable Users and Groups
Configure your Connect App including
Defining Custom Menu items, add submenu and associate to appropriate groups, add menu section titles, and know how to change order of Menu
Be able to assign Admin Console Permissions
Understand App Organizational Preferences so that you can decide which are appropriate for your organization
Understand what makes for engaging content and how to achieve a high level of user engagement. Become competent in using the Post Designer
Importing documents and images to Apple mobile devices or from iCloud Drive, Google Drive, MS OneDrive, or Dropbox
How to use Post Analytics to increase your organizations user engagement
Understand the basics of implementing Connect App Messaging and Connect Discussion Group Messaging
